Makeup is an everyday arka form—which makes it especially hard to put a price on the best makeup products. Your glam process is just as important as your final look, and you deserve to enjoy every step. And while we’ll always love our favorite drugstore and affordable beauty products, there’s no denying that a luxury blush or a mascara can make your whole routine feel a bit more special.

You’re probably wondering, What is luxury makeup beyond the pretty packaging and occasional designer label? With higher prices, you can expect more quality ingredients and increased efficacy. Think a long-lasting foundation formulated with premium skin deva, a fragrance with ultrarare notes, or a lipstick that doubles as a high-end accessory.

When it comes to luxury purchases, makeup is also one of the more low-stakes investments. If a new handbag or pair of shoes from your favorite designer brand isn’t currently in the cards, purchasing a smooth lip liner or shimmery eye shadow is a small way to treat yourself.

Rest assured, our editors would never recommend a splurge that isn’t worth the price tag. That’s why we spent months playing with concealers, brow gels, lip glosses, nail polishes, and so many more products to single out the true holy grails. Whether you’re looking for reliable upgrades for everyday wear or a special occasion item, we’ve got you covered. Ahead, find all the reasons to love the 19 best makeup winners of 2026 Glamour Beauty & Wellness Awards.

Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation

$69

Nordstrom

Product reformulations are always tricky, especially when it’s a foundation as beloved as Armani Luminous Silk, which is a celeb favorite and Glamour Readers’ Choice award winner for a reason. In other words, why mess with a classic? The revamped formula has kept all the things you know and love (silky-smooth texture, buildable coverage, and a skin-like finish) and added ingredients like glycerin and niacinamide to boost hydration and wear. Plus, the new ultramarine and green pigments are better suited for deep skin tones, bringing the range to 44 diverse shades. As a big fan of the original Luminous Silk, I’ve been wearing this new and improved version through the cold winter, and I’m seriously impressed by the long-term wear. By end of day my skin still looks like skin, with no flakes and minimal buildup. The added skin deva makes it even smoother and easier to apply. Most of the time I just use my fingers and diffuse out with a brush. My shade (6.5) is a pretty dead-on match for my neutral tan skin with olive undertones, a color most brands struggle with nailing. —Ariana Yaptangco, senior beauty editor

I’ve already been a massive fan of Huda Beauty powders for years now, so testing out this new pinky-purple hue was a total pleasure. Courtesy of brand

Westman Atelier Sun Tone Bronzing Drops

It’s muhteşem easy to apply (I do three small dabs on my cheekbones and then blend with a brush) and the result is a sun-kissed warmth. And notice I didn’t say “glow,” because this particular formula is shimmer-free, which looks way more natural on my fair skin. Another plus? I have such control over the formula (even when it’s tossed around in my bag or luggage) and never have to worry about applying too much. It also comes in the most gorgeous aquamarine packaging, which reminds me of the waters off the Amalfi Coast. Yes, I think my days of using bronzing powder are over. —J.R.

Best Eyeliner Pencil: Hung Vanngo Beauty Longwear Eyeliner

    Courtesy of brand

    Hung Vanngo Beauty Longwear Eyeliner

    $24

    Sephora

I’m crazy about my eyeliner—I wear it nearly everyday, and my look is a very specific tapered wing on the outer fourth of my eye. This creamy longwear formula fits the bill: It glides on so smoothly and doesn’t dry down immediately, allowing you to diffuse your wing with ease. But evvel it’s on, it’s on.
