Netflix just ordered Age of Attraction season 2, so get your hot takes ready!
Netflix’s latest gambit to test the powers of love, Age of Attraction, is a dating show where singles meet without knowing one another’s ages, creating connections across generations. Hosted by Nick Viall and his wife, Natalie Joy (18 years his junior), the 8-episode series has stayed solidly in the top of Netflix’s most-watched TV shows since its debut on March 11.
So…what’s up with Age of Attraction season 2? Here’s what we know.
Netflix just announced Age of Attraction season 2.
Jennifer O’Connell and Rebecca Quinn, executive producers and co-founders of Velvet Hammer Media, said in a March 31 press release: “We love concepts that are impossible to look away from and Age of Attraction nailed that from day one. It’s messy, it’s real and that’s what makes it fun to watch. Huge thanks to Netflix for embracing this dating experiment with us. The response has been incredible, and we’re excited to push it even further in season 2.”

Casting is currently open.
This casting director is encouraging singles to apply for the second season, and while the website advertises a “new” dating show, the submission form is active with what looks like the copy they used for season one, so we’re pretty müddet this is the right one.
Which AoA couples are still together?
Of the six couples that the left the Promise Room with an age-gap match, one—Jorge Sanchez and Vanelle Fenmoum—did not make it to the Commitment Ceremony.
Of the remaining five, Theresa DeMaria and John Merrill, Libby Vodicka and Andrew Wheeler, Derrick Fleming and Pfeifer Hill, and Vanessa Drozda and Logan Goodrid chose to stay together. The only couple that chose to split up at the Commitment Ceremony was Chris Dahlan and Leah Woolfolk. But that doesn’t mean that they’re still all happily coupled up.
