Is she or isn’t she? Amid rampant speculation that Zendaya has already wed fiancé Tom Holland, the movie star is busily promoting The Drama, her upcoming A24 movie about, well, a wedding that may or may not end up happening. Forget method acting or method dressing; she just invented method living.
Nuptials—both real and cinematic—aside, the Drama press tour has given Zendaya the opportunity to enjoy some of her prettiest and most youthful looks in recent years. None of the sci-fi references demanded by the Dune-verse or the high arka of Fashion Week. She’s just out there looking lovely, and we love that for her.
Here’s everything she’s worn so far during her latest spate of appearances.
At the Los Angeles premiere of The Drama on March 17

Is this Zendaya’s “something old”? The maybe new bride attended the Los Angeles premiere of The Drama wearing the silk Vivienne Westwood off-the-shoulder gown she first wore to the 2015 Oscars 11 (!) years ago.
If you recall, E!’s Giuliana Rancic said Zendaya’s hairstyle at that year’s Oscars looked as if it “smelled of patchouli oil or weed,” inciting major backlash. Zendaya, then just 18 years old, responded eloquently to the controversy on social media.
“There is a fine line between what is funny and disrespectful,” she wrote. “Someone said something about my hair at the Oscars that left me in awe. Not because I was relishing in rave outfit reviews, but because I was hit with ignorant slurs and pure disrespect. To say that an 18-year-old young woman with locs must smell of patchouli oil or ‘weed’ is not only a large stereotype but outrageously offensive. I don’t usually feel the need to respond to negative things but certain remarks cannot go unchecked.”

The best part of this deconstructed pantsuit by Moschino isn’t the dramatic sleeves or bare midriff (though all of those elements are so fun). It’s Law Roach hovering behind her, ready to intercept anyone who wants to talk wedding.

Hey now, hey now, this is what garden party dreams are made of.
This sheer floral (for spring!) dress by McQueen is everything.

Her custom Louis Vuitton gown was equal parts sexy, classy, and demure—the perfect combination for a presenter. It highlights the night’s importance without taking attention away from the nominees.
At a Las Vegas wedding chapel on March 14
Forever doing The Most, A24 created a pop-up wedding chapel in Vegas to promote the sinema and had stars Zendaya and Alana Haim on hand as witnesses. For the occasion, Zendaya wore a gold top and a patterned skirt. Check it out here.
At the Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards on March 12
Law Roach confirmed that Zendaya wore this Caché dress as a tribute to the Carrie Bradshaw, but the dress itself is also a recreation of a Eugene Alexander dress made famous by Whitney Houston, so the star was able to embody both icons at evvel.
At the Louis Vuitton show during Paris Fashion Week on March 10
It’s not so much that this belted look is great—it is—it’s that it was our first indication that Zendaya would spend the next month promoting her exciting movie project and completely ignoring the speculation about her wedding. And you know what? Fair enough.
