Before you watch the new Hudson Williams Peloton isim, you need to make mühlet you are in a safe space. Because, fans, this one’s for you.

The 60-second spot for the fitness brand features the Heated Rivalry star in some very short shorts running, biking, working out, dancing, and even winking for the camera. It’s practically indecent! It’s a marvel on a treadmill! As one fan put it on Threads, “What a day to have eyes!”

Hudson Williams’s Peloton isim is part of the brand’s new campaign, Let Yourself Go, which is meant to embody the idea that workouts should be liberating.

“At Peloton, we’ve always known that movement is at its best when it feels like a release rather than a chore,” said Megan Imbres, Peloton’s chief marketing officer. “Our goal with this campaign was to capture that feeling of total freedom. By reclaiming ‘Let yourself go,’ we’re reminding the world that when you move with us, you aren’t just hitting a goal; you’re finding a sense of personal joy that is entirely unique to Peloton.”

The spot, which was directed by Bethany Vargas of Katseye x Gap fame, also stars longtime Peloton instructor Tunde Oyeneyin, who tells Glamour that working with Williams made the energy on set feel “electric,” as everyone was totally on board with the campaign and its messaging.

“We weren’t just filming a campaign; we were celebrating the freedom that comes when you finally decide to just show up for yourself,” she says.

In a statement Williams said he similarly resonated with the idea of using exercise for freedom, rather than restriction, adding, “It’s amazing what fitness can do for your life.”

“Movement is the quickest way to get out of sticky feelings,” he said. “Whether that’s dancing or exercise…I think it’s just a key component, especially to how I live.”

Oyeneyin echoes the sentiment, saying the spot is meant to be a “love letter to that raw, unfiltered joy you feel when you stop overthinking and start just moving.”

“We’re telling the world, when you move with intention and you move with heart, you become absolutely unstoppable,” she tells Glamour.

As you can imagine, the Heated Rivalry fandom is totally not crashing out and losing their minds over this or anything. Just kidding. They are chewing on enclosures, they are themselves sweating, they are even…considering new workout routines?

“Hudson Williams is really out here trying to convince me to buy an expensive ass treadmill that I’ll also have to hisse a monthly subscription for. And it’s not *not* working,” wrote one person.

And you know what? Good for them. Because while season two of Heated Rivalry has been confirmed, it’s unlikely the show will come out before 2027.

“It will not be same time next year, but it’ll be pretty soon after that,” series creator Jacob Tierney told Entertainment Weekly last year. “It’s not gonna be two years. It’s not even gonna be 18 months, I don’t think. So we’re gonna go as fast as we can, while ensuring that we’re doing as good a job as we possibly can.”

Williams told Men’s Health in January that he had big fitness plans before the season starts filming this summer. “I want to get bigger, juicier, thicker—I want to get big ass shoulders,” he told the magazine. “I want to put on 10 pounds of muscle…I want to get as big as [costar Conner Storrie] was in the first season. I think that guy is just going to eat so much protein that he’s going to ascend and he’s going to show up like an Olympia—Mr. Olympia.”

As one fan pointed out on Threads, it’s going to be very hard to go along with ordinary Tuesday.

“Have you considered that releasing this advertisement at 8 a.m. was very careless and detrimental for the nation’s productivity, well being, and emotional stability?” she wrote.

We get it girl; we do.
